Has a great selection of boots and shoes, however even some marked wide calf still run a bit narrow in actual foot size. Not many available in sizes over 8. Friendly staff and clean location. Prices are moderate!

Pretty decent location. Plenty of select but limited larger women size shoes in stock. Not purchased, other stores (not DSW) are on the same trend. Plus I didn't want to deal with mall traffic during memorial day weekend.

Very slow to assist customers. Was in line with 5 other customers and 2 cashiers open. One cashier finished her customer looked at the line and walked away leaving one cashier open. This is my second visit with the same issue. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Will not shop here anymore.

Had really exceptional service from the cashiers here today. It’s an older DSW, and in need of an update, but we all found what we needed and got great service too.

I have been a DSW customer over decade. Today when I shopped at DSW store in Novi, MI. My 4 years old kid needed to use bathroom, the store staff rejected to give us the password access to the bathroom, saying the bathroom is not open to public. What a joke! I was going to buy a few pairs of boots. Because of such a bad experience, I decided not to give my business to DSW anymore.

Why doesn't this store have a public restroom??? Been to other locations and they have public restroom. I was told I had to go to Old Navy and use theirs. Horrible customer service!!!

Whent in to return a pair of shoes, Tall guy with a beard named Brandon Said he was a manager was completely rude never met anyone ruder never go back there give a 0 if I could, Life's too short to let a jerk like that treat people that way, Not gonna let it bother me just will shop elsewhere,
